An illness, a treatment, an interface, an object, a technology. We can measure many of those transformations: how much, how many times, for how long. But there is something that the number does not always reach: what a person had to go through to achieve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data without context describes. Data with context begins to explain. Because doing something does not necessarily mean retaining the same capacity. Two persons can do the exact same thing and have lived two completely different experiences. The scale records the action. The body remembers the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LHCP was created to observe that difference. To keep context close, follow what changes, and not lose what happens between an intervention and a life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not about measuring less.
