Human Notes is an independent project created by Manuel Bueno Martin. Everything published here is part of a work in progress: texts, ideas, observations, frameworks, and ways of asking questions. It is published because ideas are more interesting when they leave the room. They should be read, discussed, questioned, put to the test, and\u2014if they serve a purpose\u2014taken elsewhere. Ideas should travel. But authorship matters, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The original work published on Human Notes belongs to its creator. Not because ideas can be confined, but because the path that led to an idea\u2019s existence is also part of the work. Human Notes does not claim ownership of human capacity, design, illness, care, autonomy, energy, or any of the things explored here. No one owns these questions. What can be attributed, however, is the work created to pose them in a particular way.
I use artificial intelligence to review, cross-reference, translate, and explore formulations. It does not determine what is observed, what is asked, what is included, or what is signed. The question, the scope, the expertise, and the responsibility for the text are mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can quote, share, discuss, and reference Human Notes. You can disagree. You can use an idea as a starting point to build something better. That\u2019s partly why this exists. Just don\u2019t hide where it came from. Don\u2019t reproduce substantial parts of the work as if they were your own. Don\u2019t present the original frameworks or concepts developed here without attribution. And don\u2019t confuse borrowing an idea with having come up with it yourself. Attribution costs nothing. Pretending it was your idea isn\u2019t collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Human Notes is not a finished doctrine. The work will evolve. Some ideas will become more precise. Others will change. Some may contradict things written earlier. That\u2019s okay. This website is also a record of a work in progress and of the questions that arose along the way. Publication dates matter. Versions matter. Evolution does not erase the origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
None of this came out of nowhere, either. Human Notes exists because there were people before us who wrote, designed, researched, built, cared for, failed, and asked questions. Influence is part of authorship. So is giving credit. If we\u2019ve failed to properly acknowledge someone\u2019s work, let us know. Ideas should travel.
